LIMESTRONG PIGMENTS

The Limestrong Color System is made of up of eight (8) core colors in powdered pigment form. Make use of our color system in one of three ways:
Pick a Color from the Standard Color Palette . The swatch grid below displays a curated palette of 51 of our most popular colors.
Clicking on a color swatch reveals:1) Recipe: the amount of color pigment needed (by weight; in grams) per 32 lb. bag of Limestrong Build Finish plaster or 10 lb. bag (makes 5 gallons) of Limewash. Then use the online calculators to determine how much of the selected color to order for the total bags of finish plaster (or limewash) the job requires.2) Paint Color Reference(s): The closest reference paint colors from Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams color libraries.3) Ordering: Buy buttons for sample boards and pigment packs. Pigment packs are sized to mix a single batch of finish plaster. Bulk (by the pound) pigment is ordered using the same webform when ordering job-sized quantities of plaster.
See the relevant LSB Publications for instruction on mixing in color pigments[XR1] . Unless a physical sample board of the color is ordered, it is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that a test batch is mixed and applied to a practice panel and allowed to cure to ascertain the final color result. The on-screen color swatches below are NOT intended to provide an accurate indication of what the final mixed, applied, and cured color will be.
When using bulk pigments, acquire a digital kitchen/food scale[1] that weighs in grams to consistently measure the dry pigments batch to batch.
