Knowledge Base. Perhaps the answer you need is close at hand: we’ve built an extensive knowledge base on the whys and the hows of pozzolanic hydraulic lime (PHL) plaster. There you’ll find instructions and PDF guide sheets on every aspect of the preparation, mixing, applying, and the curing of lime plaster. The information is heavily cross referenced.
Direct Help. We get it. Sometimes you just need to talk to an expert. All technical support questions are answered by a professional plaster applicator. As such, when on the job working on projects, we may not be available to answer the phone right away. The quickest response is in the following order: text message, email, or leaving a detailed message and waiting for a returned phone call. We make every effort to respond to inquiries within 24 hours or the next business day.
Consultation. We also offer paid consultation services for those who prefer to work with a professional plaster applicator to insure all the aspects of the project are thoroughly considered, properly planned, and correctly executed. Learn more.
Custom Color Service. Using a customer-selected paint swatch from the Sherwin-Williams® or Benjamin Moore® color libraries, we will develop the recipe (using our core color pigments) to color the finish plaster coat. Visit the Limestrong Color Lab for information.
